 Mergard Lanes is the conversion of a vacant building, formerly a bowling alley, into a mixed use office / apartment project as part of College Hill's CURC Keymark Development.  Fourteen new, affordable apartments (50-80% AMI) were created. The office component is now home to CHCURC headquarters. Prior to the renovation, many of the original features had been removed and windows bricked in or reduced in size. The renovated exterior mimics the original facade, with an arch at the primary entrance and windows along the north.
