Collaboration and flexibility were the client's objectives for this office expansion. This was achieved by creating three distinct zones: amenity, work, and huddle. The amenity zone is central featuring cafe and lounge areas with a large community table as its focus. Huddle spaces were planned toward the building core, providing adjacency to daylight for the work zone. Bright colors frame the writable wall surfaces, which were maximized by the use of side entrances for huddle rooms.
Curved lines, airy blues and a cloud-like arrangement of pendant lighting coalesce in this office design to evoke Radixx' connection to the airline industry while also promoting a relaxed atmosphere. Jump rooms are boldly identified by blue doors and are spread throughout each neighborhood of workstations for convenient collaboration space.
The Golf Channel campus had a distinct need for a multi-functional space, which could serve town hall meetings, employee onboarding, training classes and impromptu ideation sessions. The design delivers on these goals and exuberantly displays the NBC brand identity with a brightly colored, backlit platform seating area.
With great views of the Orlando skyline and borrowed natural light, this new workspace was custom designed for Parkway Properties. A wood ribbed armature creates a dynamic huddle space, central to the open work area. The cafe is coupled with an informal conference room, perfect for casual meetings and serving as overflow space.
Exploiting the raw materials inherent to its space, Deeply Coffee owners wanted a modern industrial vibe with simplicity at its core. A continuous slab of concrete anchors the serving area and extends to create bar height seating. The concrete slab and structural columns were left exposed, lending an imperfect texture to the interior. White oak paneling and wood furniture add warmth to the austere aesthetic.
Water Filtration & Distribution
This 100,000 square foot warehouse facility was fully renovated to include water filtration, bottling, packaging, distribution, lab and office functions. The exterior was renovated with an accessible entrance, new canopies and new exterior glass storefront, which allows more natural light into the warehouse.
